New International Role for Arab Theater Pioneer Talal Darjani: Expert at Plateaux 21

Beirut (Lebanon), July 18, (Actor Academy).- Professor Talal Darjani, a Lebanese director, academic researcher, and theatrical thinker, has been appointed as an expert on the scientific committee of the French international academic journal Plateaux 21, which specializes in theater studies and performing arts. This appointment crowns a long and rich academic journey marked by dedication, research, and creativity, during which he has made significant contributions to the development of Arab and global theatrical discourse, enriching academic life with rigorous research and innovative visions. He continues to serve as the director and scientific reference for the Middle East and North Africa at the LIRIS Laboratory for Scenography, Sorbonne Nouvelle University, in France.

Professor Darjani is considered one of the most influential voices in contemporary Arab theater. His research and creative portfolio include:
