El Comité Nacional Gibrán del Líbano desdignó a una profesional mendocina como representante en la Argentina y en Chile
El Comité Nacional Gibran (GNC) del Líbano desdignó a la Magister Marisa Avogadro Thomé, una profesional mendocina descendiente de libaneses, como representante en la Argentina y en Chile. Esta es la primera vez que el GCN designa a un representante en estos países desde su creación, hace 86 años.
El Comité Nacional Gibran es una organización sin fines de lucro formada en virtud del Decreto No. 1618 del 10 de julio de 1934. Tiene los derechos exclusivos para administrar los derechos de autor del autor libanés Gibran Khalil Gibran en sus obras literarias y artísticas. También gestiona el Museo Gibran abierto al público, en su ciudad natal de Bsharri, donde se exponen 440 pinturas y dibujos originales de Gibran, su biblioteca, efectos personales y manuscritos escritos a mano, entre otros; todos los cuales son propiedad exclusiva de GNC.
Marisa Avogadro Thomé, que actualmente es directora y editora de la revista internacional Diafanís, representará al Comité Gibrán en su país de origen y en el país trasandino, con temas relacionados con posibles eventos, exposiciones, apariciones turísticas y demás; en el que se presente el talento artístico de Gibran, su simbiosis única de arte, poesía y filosofía.

The Gibran National Committee from Lebanon appoints a
professional from Mendoza as a representative in Argentina and Chili
The Gibran National Committee (GNC) from Lebanon appointed Magister Marisa Avogadro Thomé, the Lebanese descendant from Medoza, as a representative in Argentina and Chili. This is the first time that the GNC appoints a representative in these counties since its creation, 86 years ago.
The Gibran National Committee (GNC) is a nonprofit organization formed by virtue of Decree No. 1618 dated July 10, 1934. It holds the exclusive rights to manage the Lebanese author Gibran Khalil Gibran’s copyright in and to his literary and artistic works. It manages as well the Gibran Museum that is opened to the public, in Gibran’s native town – Bsharri, where are exposed Gibran’s 440 original paintings and drawings, his library, personal effects and manuscripts, etc.; all of which are exclusively owned by the GNC.
Marisa Avogadro Thomé, actually, is the director and editor of Diafanís international magazine. She will represent Gibran Committee in Argentina and Chili, with issues related to possible events, exhibitions, tourist appearances and others, in which Gibran’s artistic talent is presented, with his unique symbiosis of art, poetry and philosophy.
